The experimental darkroom was my foray into alt, so it’ll always hold a dear place in my heart. These processes allowed me to toss out my need for a perfect print and just make art for the sake of making art. They took me back to the first time I worked in a darkroom in 2010 and that first gelatin silver print— the magic of seeing something appear from nothing.
